The N°12 is a robust knife for the toughest of challenges. When used at the table, it becomes an original and effective serving knife for cheese and ham.
Its stainless steel blade is corrosion-resistant and the beech wood handle is comfortable in the hand. The security system, the Virobloc®, locks the blade in open position and closed position.
