We make every reasonable effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If something happens to go wrong with your item, we will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
All of our brands are supported by a product warranty. The minimum warranty period is 1 year from date of purchase but many of our brands provide warranty periods in excess of this - please refer to the table below for more information.
This covers your product against failure caused by any defects in material or workmanship but excludes faults resulting from misuse, accidental damage, modification or alteration, tampering, unsuitable physical or operating environment beyond product specifications, improper maintenance, or failure caused by a product for which we are not responsible for.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
