Service & Warranty

All of the brands that Whitby's carries are supported by our 12 Month Guarantee. This covers your product against failure caused by any defects in material or workmanship. It excludes products that have been abused or misused. Products may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

This Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

The following brands have warranties beyond the standard 12 month period.

If you choose to return products for service directly rather than through your retailer, please ensure that you use an insured postal service as we cannot accept responsibility for products that do not reach us.

For direct return of products under warranty to Whitby and Co. please include a copy of the appropriate warranty return form:
