Helle's 2024 Limited Edition knife is designed by their chief handlemaker Audun. Starting in 1973, Audun has worked with and for three generations of Helle and played an integral part in many great knife designs.
This year Audun has made his own favourite knife, based on over 50 years of knowledge. The finished product has a classic H3LS laminate steel blade with scandi grind and a slight drop point. The handle features reindeer antlers and coloured curly birch. The oil mix used is Audun’s special recipe, which creates a dark red and brown hue - a beautiful contrast to the white reindeer antler.
The knife comes with Audun’s own version of his favourite Helle sheath. As a handlemaker, he loves birch and the symbol on the front of the sheath is a birch tree in the spring time.
